Typing on a phone while walking?
I wouldn't buy one but I bet they'll sell. My tat haul so far consists of three Phantom patches. I'd like a U-2 one but the queue/barging was too much for me.
Additionally the Alpha Jets have some nice bits, but I need to see the Ukrainians stall before I spend more money! The ALCAs have some lovely patches and stickers at "European" prices (fiver a patch), rather than "American" prices. Aussies, Yanks, Belgians all have stuff for sale.
I'd like some Belgian Sea King stuff if they are selling.
Airshowhammer, thankfully I've never seen a stool from one of the Thunderbirds....
I expect they will have a stand but I've not seen one yet.
Re: RIAT Tat
The coins on the U-2 are the going rate - £10 each. Two of the three designs flew over so also get a certificate.

The F-22 stool wasn't in the most obviously place last year but I am certain they are there this year, they wouldn't pass up the chance to make all that money.
Re: RIAT Tat
last year it was down by the dutch apache stall... which wa snear the bogs by the inflatable slide in blue zone I think
Re: RIAT Tat
Raptor stall is or was near the B-52 with its back to the Blue entrance today. Bewarned the patches are £20 each. They do have 3 or 4 - 94th FS patches, along with the Raptor display patch

Managed to miss that. Were they there most of the day. Is it left or right as you come into blue?

Re: RIAT Tat
Inflation has run riot.. some of the prices were eye watering. B-52 wanted 30 notes for a regular squadron T shirt; maybe a tenner a year or two ago.
Mostly dull (to me) too; patches and coins.
Might find a gem or two over the weekend, but today, well I was out too

Re: RIAT Tat
Did anyone get a Thunderbirds T-shirt from the T-Shirt cannon in the FRIAT stand. The lad needs some serious aiming practice. People round the back of the stand probably got a shock as they landed in their cups of coffee!!
2022
RIAT (Mach 2)
Wings over Houston
er, that's about it this year I reckon.

Re: RIAT Tat
I was in the tent and wondered wtf was going on!
Coins are varying prices....
Best value is 100sqn who have a glow in the dark one for £5
Worst was once again the B-52 who want £25 for a coin!
The Wedgetail, P-8, Spang F-16 and U-2 have some very nice coins.
Whilst I didn't look I'm also told the 48th have a large variety of coins on sale.

Thanks for the heads up! I'll check that in the morning.
I was down by the Il76 looking for Ukrainian tat at about 8.30 and no one was there, i must have either been very blind or missed them. Will try again in the morning.

Ukranians had a tent on the edge of the pan a little distance from the Il76 and the SU. They had loads of stuff - £10 per patch. Not my thing but grandson wanted to buy stuff. Usual shocking manners showed barging and pushing in but hey love all that.

It was almost like a red cross food drop. My grandson queued nicely and spotter one barged him out the way, I let that go. He queued again and spotter two barged him out the way. Having had enough I grabbed his rucksack and yanked him to the back. Lowered to their level
Re: RIAT Tat
The Ukrainians wanted £20 for a baseball cap. "What for just one?" I replied abdvwsljed off giving him a withering look!
