Rhymes Farm P&V?

Post by MrShades »

Does anyone know if the Rhymes Farm park & view is open this year?

If not (which I suspect is the case) any recommendations for 2nd best alternative?

Must be P&V - just visiting for a few hours on Sunday morning

Thanks!

I read somewhere (FB Nutters page probably) that P&V was closed because of mud. Maybe different Sunday...

It was Totterdown that was closed Saturday - but thanks for the comment

Rhymes Farm is the field right next to the airfield, by the crash gate.

The only reason I asked was because I thought (dangerous, I know) that they agreed that they wouldn't open for 3 years from 2016 - so 16,17 and 18 - meaning that they MAY reopen on 2019. I guess not.

I didn't even bother going down to see who/what was there - just went to Furzey Hill instead and had a great day.... not quite as good as Rhymes, but excellent anyway.

I think we can safely say Rhymes is gone for good.Totterdown is now the premier park and view.Furzey Hill is more expensive and distant but if you enjoyed it then great.
