As long as the theme is properly represented within the show, then I don't mind.

Hopefully something that will attract participation from actual aircraft, rather than Carol Vorderman, Tim Peake and a Planetarium. :tumbleweed:

A cracking demo would be in car park management and security lines!

Or 'speeel Chukin' demonstrations especially using the words 'Karul Voldemoon'

Oh and maybe some aeroplanes in amongst the enlarged fairground? Nah, sorry, that's just silly.....i mean..... aeroplanes?

Top Gun 2 Is out in July 2020 so how about a celebration of all things Hornet ? And invite a flyable Tomcat? (That's a joke) the movie distribution firm would surely be interested in a marketing tie up?

Would be nice to have a Fighter Meet, could tie that in with the Battle of Britain anniversary.

I have my hotel booked for next year's show, theme wise I wouldn't mind either a tiger meet or a skylift.

You know what I reckon?

I reckon the theme for next year's show needs to be aircraft.

Not big wheels, not astronauts: aircraft. Get that well and truly sorted and then fit in whatever else you can around the them (and I don't mean physically either!)

Absolute shout. I’m all for making RIAT a more general ‘celebration of aviation’ type-show as the modern mil world gets smaller and more homogeneous. Invite every de Havilland type they can get their hands on, I’m all for that.
Posting comments on an aviation-related chatroom, are ya? Looks like it an' all...

301 currently UK-registered according to the G-INFO website.....not worked my way through it to see how many are currently PtoF'd though.
Good use for the Friday -- massed DH flypast then park them all in static for the weekend.....job jobbed!
