Credit where credit is due, they’ve handled this whole situation brilliantly IMHO  The choice to carry over your grandstand seat for next year was the deciding factor for me to roll over the payment. Here’s hoping the big 5-0 next year will be one to remember!

They have. In fact, most airshows, hotels and airlines have handled this situation very well. Everyone of them were open, honest and made a clear statement. Except for a certain Orange and White Airline.

I have to admit, I was a bit worried about losing the grandstand seat.

Has anybody not had the email yet - apart from me? I went for Mach 1 for 2020 so might be down the list.

I've got mine sir, it says to roll over tickets etc to next year you need do nothing, it will be done automatically. You only have to start typing responses if you want your loot back.

I haven’t received an email either (not that it matters to me because I’m rolling over). They’ve even made another post on FB this morning saying everyone should have an email.

If anyone wants a refund and hasn’t got an email, login to your RIAT account, go to “My Details” then “My Orders” and you can request a refund from there.

What's the chances of no early discount tickets being available 2021 because all that got them this year carried them over. Pondering whether to cash in now and risk that come January.

I contacted Wendy on her e-mail on Thursday evening and had a reply early yesterday. I'm keeping my Mach 1 membership currently and have to contact her to upgrade once tickets go on sale for 2021. I had had an issue with my e-mail "unsubmitting" itself from their list so that could have been the problem.

I just watched the virtual RIAT and it seems a few air arms have expressed that they would like to attend next year. The most interesting ones are the Polish MIG-29, Sri-Lanka An-32 and the Canadian P-8 in a retro painting scheme. Overall I really liked the Virtual show, roll on next year
