The latest text I've received this morning said they seem to have avoided the worst of the overnight rain but it's heavy cloud cover with a low base.
Will be setting off in the next hour or so, looks like I'll drive through some nasty stuff to get there

These are the websites I've been using for the forecast, take your pick as to what 1 you believe

http://www.metcheck.com/V40/UK/FREE/event_forecast.asp?eventID=1354

http://uk.weather.com/weather/10day-Cirencester-UKXX1264

http://www.weatheronline.co.uk/weather/maps/city?&IP=80.42.151.165&3&LANG=en&PLZ=GL7&PLZN=Fairford&PRG=citybild&LEVEL=100

Accu weather, which all week has been saying it'll be dry, now says showers

http://www.accuweather.com/ukie/forecast.asp?partner=accuweather&traveler=0&postalcode=GL7%204AA&metric=1

http://news.bbc.co.uk/weather/forecast/2174

Just watched the forecast on the BBC and they say rain about 3pm tomorrow. Looks like we'll need our wet weather gear at some point, nobody seems to know when though!

Stu, If you then go into the day forecast, the showers are well early in morning and then dry rest of the day. (accuweather)

Was raining quite a bit yesterday afternoon from about 4:30pm onwards. The dispersal where the cars were parked in the eastern p&v was rather wet. A bit of standing water on them.

Strangely enough it was nice in Essex all day yesterday, and is sunny again today.

Move RIAT to Essex

It was horrendous in Essex from about 9pm until 11am. Sun is shining now though.

Generally speaking though isn't Essex more or less the driest part of the UK,makes sense to me and no ,I don't live in Essex ( heh heh Kent just below )

BBC map has sunny until about mid afternoon, then big rain hitting. Sunday showing a bright start but clouding over.

After looking at around 6 different forcasts the only thing I can deduce is that there will be rain at some point on both days.

EDIT: Weather man just been on TV
Saturday - starting ok but rain showers may move in later on.
Sunday - beleive it or not he said nothing about any rain!
Same old sh*t.............just happening on a different day!!!

I'll enjoy myself no matter what mate. It's an airshow :yahoo:

Just makes it a bit easier if it's dry(ish). No fun sitting in a grandstand all day while it rains non stop from start to finish.
