As I understand it, the calendar will be on sale for £5 at this event. Will those of us who have a pic or pics in it be able to pick up our complimentary copy on the night?

Yep. We have a list of names and those contributors can picke em up from our hangar shop ( well Naafi tble anyway )

I had asked for the Tracker in the SC 30th Anniversary markings but they sadly advised that it is under overhaul and will not be out before the 17th so it will be a "normal" liveried aircraft

I would be very surprised if you heard anyone complaining.
