Possibly a bit late for a request, Phil, but in Clement Alloing's A320neo thread, Aerovision's Aerospatiale SN.601 Corvette F-GPLA makes an appearance. F-GPLA has been the only Corvette still flying for about five years now, and is to be replaced with a Falcon 50 in the near future. Worth a shout?

As Aerovision are a charter company, one presumes they will charge for sending their Corvette?

Great line-up. Can't wait for this, should draw the season to a nice close. Being a Northolt virgin, aside from a sturdy tripod and shutter release cable, what length of lens do people find sufficient for the event? I want to sell my 100-400mm but my next biggest lens is currently 24-105mm. Will I be long enough  or should I hold off selling the 100-400mm until after the 23rd?

24-105 will be fine in my opinion unless you want to do some real arty close up shots or have to stand at the back and get in everyone's way lol.

I used a 28-135mm lens for most of the last nightshoot, and that was plenty...

I took a few with a 70-200mm F4L, just to get a bit closer.

Really looking forward to this one.

All shot with a 24-105...

this was about 35mm if I remember rightly.

24mm on a crop body is wide enough for most stuff there, I just don't use 24mm much..HTH.

Excuse my lack of knowledge here. Is this an unusual beast or a standard Lynx that we would see at air shows
Thanks

They're being withdrawn from service soon I think? So probably not many chances to get to see one under the NHT lights...
