I was stood under that when it came in... :clap: :lol: But I was referring to previous Night shoots re: C-130 :)

Wasn't sure about that - depends on how you read it... Does it mean no fast jets at all, or does it just mean no Tonka's?


No Tonkas due to runway having a reduced LCN, No Typhoons without the PHAG being rigged.

Having never been to one of these before, I'd like to ask what the crews of the aircraft do, do they disappear, do they come and chat to you, do they bring patches or stuff with them to sell?

Yes and no to all of those questions, depending on what the crew want to do.

The crew are usually requested to come to their aicraft and if possible ground run for a few minutes. I always ask them to bring Sqn Gizits but sometimes they are unable to.....!

4 Sqn today confirmed a Hawk T2. :smile: We have requested the anniversary special jet.

ETPS have advised they are hoping to send one of their A109 and their Alpha Jet with special tail :biggrin:
