It's not always easy to appreciate the difference in size between large aircraft until you actually get them together.
Nice video.

Loving the "do not attempt" disclaimer at the end.
That was a smashing bit of fillum, only wish it was longer.

Noticed there were no credits for the CGI work!

That's because there were none

My response was "Just in case someone has access to two prototype passenger jets."

An empty commercial airliner with minimal fuel onboard will perform some fairly amazing feats.

...Especially when filmed using clever camera angles, and very long lenses...!

I agree about the CGI and the clever camera work. None of the former but plenty of the latter - with a hearty dose of skilled flying thrown in!
Pretty impressive to see, but I'm glad take off isn't actually as steep as the video suggests!

It states in the credits that it was filmed by a company called Airborne Films, their website has some very impressive videos. There is photos of some of the camera mounts they have used in the past. No details of the ones used for this though.

Yup...there's definitely some interesting camera work at play on most of the videos like this one, but it's still a very aggressive take off. I'd say somewhere similar to Fat Albert's takeoff performance...Fat Albert climbs out at 45 degrees nose up. Here's a video from Farnborough of the 787-9 demo a couple years ago that's shot from the ground...so no camera trickery.
