Not sure about an actual display team, but after a quick Google there’s a video on YouTube of a W-3A SAR demo from 2013.

They displayed a camo scheme one back at Gilze-Rijen back in mid 2000s, only Czech one I've seen, but it certainly seems to have been a bit ad-hoc.
