The 4th complete year since 558 did it's farewell tour of the UK!

“Avro Vulcan XH558” was in Essex on Monday.

More to the point it was the class 37 locomotive on the leaf clearing train at Shenfield station.

At least the name is still on the move, even if it’s namesake has gone very quiet.

I'm writing a book, "The Truth of XH558".. be out on amazon hopefully just in time for xmas. Just waiting for VTTS to approve it.. afterall, its truthful. :win: :win:
