As of today the terrace reopened,entrance moved to Arrivals 1.

No improvements to terrace,still only access to half of terrace. Access is via Arrivals 1 and follow the signs,nearest toilets are in Departures 1,drinks and food available in arrivals.
Opening times are not shown,but I think that they will be:
Summer period: 0700-2100,last Sunday in March until last Saturday in October,
Winter period: 0900-1700,last Sunday in October until last Saturday in March.
