Heathrow Expansion??

I assume with Gatwick likely to have hundreds of free slots coming up, the case for Heathrow expansion will have a lot more difficulty moving forward. That will probably mean no movement for five years by which time costs will have escalated and planning will have to go back to square 1. As an aside I wonder what impact the pandemic will have on HS2 if any.
