A visit to the Science Museum in 2018 revealed that little has changed, but it was nice to see some old friends again. The upstairs gallery is still mighty difficult to capture and I did the best I could with my limited gear, but there are a few that I'm happy with.

The first full scale reproduction of the Wright's 1903 Flyer, the original of which lived in the UK between 1912 and 1948 and from which de Havilland apprentices built this example. A set of blueprints was also drawn up of the aircraft, the first since the Wrights did not produce any.

Nicely done. Some very historic machines there. Not been for a very long time but it's on the list!
