Toom pointed this out to me when I enquired about the likelyhood of such an example making an appearance at East Fortune. Portagee01 has covered the same point to similar effect. An S-92 would be a welcome addition, but for the reasons stated.

Bit like Last Year when the Sea King was called out just before it was due to display. Was waiting with my relatives for them to appear but they never did, found out on the Sunday they ha been called out just before.

Isn't the same happening on Saturday too?

Either way, a great Addition!

Does this also mean the Hangar 11 Mustang is not attending?

Yeah, didn't notice it at first, Saturday aswell. Think the Hangar 11 Mustang is still going to do its own display.

Irish historic flight may well be the Dragonfly and Chipmunks again, unless they've still got a Fouga magister :dunno:

If they can display a Fouga Magister then more power to them! I would rather see a Fouga than the same line-up as last year; the Chippies and others were a little too sedate for my tastes. I'm not complaining if they do come however; it is all aircraft!

I have a soft spot for the Beech 18! It definitely looks better than the Bronco!

Brendon O'briens pyro Piper Cub will be flying on Friday evening! Plus an Extra Special guest with more pyros. Only thing i can think of is possibly Mark Jefferies pyro display in his Extra 330sc???
