Following the unfortunate cancellation of the 2020 airshow , we are preparing the 42st edition of the International Sanicole Airshow at Hechtel-Eksel, Belgium.
To spread visitors out, the airshow will also take place on Saturday 11 September, in addition to the Friday evening sunset airshow (10 September) and the Sunday airshow (12 September).
There will still be a spottersday at KB.
More information will be announced in due course.

This is excellent news. Providing international travel is allowed, I'll be there.

So no static as Sanicole only looks a 600m runway? What happened to Kleine Brogel as an airshow?

So no change to the usual Sanicole with only helicopters / light aircraft on static display, as has been the case for decades?
The Belgian Air Force are still planning their official airshow, which will be held at Florennes Air Base in June (COVID pending).
