So did anyone go down? Heard the Breitling Jet Team cancelled following technical difficulties this morning.

Rain on/off with very blustery.......HUGE credit to all who made the display today under some very difficult conditions.

Strange allocation of 127.1125 for the Display Freq today, none of the usual choice of the 7 x standard.

Anyone know why this was used? searching found nothing

Probably a new one to fit it to the new 8.33 spacings the frequencies now have.

... A bit frozen to say the least after standing on the end of the Central Pier. Worth it though! Got some nice photos which I'll post when I get home.

Yeah, sad that the Breilting team couldn't make it. The schedule was shuffled about, so the Blades had the finale :)

The channel allocated by CAA/OFCOM was 127.110 MHz (8.33 kHz compliant freq) - actual freq is 127.1083 MHz.

Thanks for that TD. It does explain the CCall hit at the Display Control booth.

I thought I had programmed in too much for the weekend that each time I was missing the TX, they weren't on the normal allocation after-all. :dizzy:

Good to know for future events ;-)
