Withought a doubt the best drummer of our time, and great lyricist. His books are well worth a read too.

Brought back many fond memories when I heard Stuart Copeland of the Police call Neil the "most air drummed drummer of our time" as anyone who's every been to a Rush concert would understand.

I always held out a faint hope Neil would change his mind and get back recording/touring again, all seems rather irrelevant now considering what he was dealing with his condition.

Saw them many times over the years and Rush generally, and Neil specifically were always outstanding, a huge loss and will be greatly missed.
