So then, what's your beverage of choice in the pub?
In terms of your usual tap/draught stuff, I'm a fan of Amstel, Beck's and Brains SA and Leffe Blonde. I'm breaking out into the world of 'proper ales' but at the moment I have to be in a very specific mood to want to drink it! One drink I wish it was possible to find over here is Gaffel Kolsch; it's fantastic stuff.

If it was at home then I do like a leifmans framboise beer, keo beer or Farsons Cisk. in the pub a nice scrumpy like the stuff they have at the flanker and phantom as its the only time i dont drive! woohoo!
Those aren't pillows!!!!
Re: I'll have a pint of...
I'm quite partial to a bit of Hopping Hare myself. During the summer months if the weather is nice I also find Magners Pear Cider to be quite a refreshing and enjoyable beverage, but during the winter you can't beat a glass of Macallan.
Re: I'll have a pint of...
I'm a student so...whichever is cheapest!
I quite like to try the local stuff wherever I go, be that in Shrewsbury or Leicester. I'm pretty partial to a Newcastle Brown every once in a while. Or a nice cold bottle of Bud.

Pint of Butcombe please.
Brewed really locally - only a few miles down the road.
Really like Tribute too.
For something cold I like a big bottle of San Miguel, Tiger or a pint of Estrella.
Becoming partial to a G&T too. If you'll excuse me being picky, a Tanqueray and Fever Tree Tonic

Over the past few years I have found my taste buds change.. Lately I'll be drinking slowly because the Ale is a whopping 7.2% is "Arrogant Bastard" from a small company in the U.S. "Arrogant Bastard" can be found in a few places in the UK like "The Fat Cat" pub, Sheffield once and a while. On my yearly trip to the UK usually in my hands you will find a pint of Spitfire or Moonlight.

London Pride is a good steady pint. Coopers Sparkling Ale from Adelaide is perfect in the summer

Exmoor Beast or Doom Bar are rather appealing to me and sold in some branches of Weatherspoons. For a blond beer Duvel or Leffe are okay and sold in bottled form in some supermarkets.
Re: I'll have a pint of...
Biddenden Strong Kentish Cider
Kopparberg Pear Cider
Spitfire Ale or Grolsch

Re: I'll have a pint of...
I'm a real ale man personally and am partial to several as some on here could confirm! Too many favourites to name them all but here is a few to put the point across
Copper Dragon
Black Sheep Riggwelter
Wychwood Hobgoblin
Doom Bar
Timothy Taylors Landlord
Theakstons Old Peculiar
Any Adnams
Any Roosters
I better stop before I get a reputation as an alcoholic!

I can't drink at all due to health conditions, so it'll be a pint of diet coke.

Neither can I, I also need to avoid Vitamin C (which rules out orange or lemon or any other citrus fruit) and iron, which eliminates a few others and I hate Coke (or any kind of Cola) anyway, so it's usually pineapple juice or decaf tea (not allowed caffiene either!) or hot chocalate. Can't say it's ever bothered me, though I do remember enjoying a good coffee before the caffiene ban.
I once was persuaded to try Mountain Dew at a RIAT arrivals day, being assured by those around me that it did not contain caffiene.....it does and I spent most of the day suffering liver pains as a result. Did my concentration and therefore my photography no good at all....
nothing is confirmed at a show until its u/c hits the tarmac or it is running in for its display.....
Re: I'll have a pint of...
Shepherd Neame Late Red or Whitstable Bay Oyster beer.
Re: I'll have a pint of...
Whilst travelling in NZ last year I did become quite fond of a bottle of Speight's. Unfortunately nobody seems to sell it over here.

Re: I'll have a pint of...
Does anyone know if Youngs Winter Warmer is still brewed ?
Re: I'll have a pint of...
I'll drink anything as long as it's cold, wet and alcoholic!
If lager I tend to go for Carlsberg or Kronie.
Pale ales if I go for the 'real' stuff... I'm particularly fond of Deuchars, but sometimes I can be found working my way along the guest ales selection for whatever's on. I'll definitely stay away from the dark ales/stouts (apart from a good point o'Guiness)

To pinch a Billy Connoly joke:
A Pint of Creme deMenthe - which is what the Pope drinks - which is why they carry him around in a chair.
In reality, Ruddles County while it was still brewed in Rutland, Greene King IPA as it's only £1 a bottle in Morrissons at the moment or Butcombe (bottled).

Can't beat a pint of Theakstons Old Peculier or Batemans Rosey Nosey.

Oooh, that reminds me, if I ever drink a dark beer it's usually a Broadside. Used to go to Southwold on holiday as a kid and the smell from the brewery was awesome.

Re: I'll have a pint of...
Old Speckled Hen or Abbot....or if I can find it Old Crafty Hen(same as OSH but with a bit more Speckle
) or Abbot Reserve
...or indeed any real ale!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mind you a nice cold cider hits the spot quite nicely on a hot summers evening....especially New Forest real ciders as opposed to the more commercially available ones found in pubs
