Richard Hammond's 'Big' series showing on Discovery and Amazon Prime is ok. First episode was about the VW plant in Germany, but the 2nd episode was pretty good as it was about the C-5M Galaxy. Hamster's style is a bit like Gregg Wallace's turned up to 11 (rather worryingly). However, the photography was good and was interesting to see the Super Galaxy in all it's glory.

I try to make it more interesting by spotting inaccuracies in the dates of props e.g. 1965 reg cars when it is meant to be 1964 - winds her up a treat.

Just started on Game of Thrones on Sky box set. I never watch it when it first came around. I had season 1 and 2 on a borrow but never watched them, so never picked it up.

Vienna Blood on iPlayer. First episode was better than the second, one more to go

Just finished Good Omens on Amazon Prime. I thoroughly enjoyed it, it's hard to go wrong with Michael Sheen and David Tennant in the leading roles.

We stumbled across Friday Night Dinner on Netflix over Christmas, having just finished watching all available series on Netflix and 4OD, I have to say it's the funniest thing I've seen in ages! How did I not find out about it before now?!

Anyone else watching the Masked Singer?

It is mind numbing TV for when you just want to veg out but surprisingly entertaining trying to judge who it is.

My wife is also watching that. I always make sure that I've got something else to do when it's on.

Reds Rolling wrote:The Mandalorian. A series about a Mandalorian Bounty Hunter based in the Star Wars Universe, around five years after RoTJ.

Four episodes in and it's been pretty good so far; much better than those crappy 'new' Star Wars films Disney have been churning out.

Recommended.

Best series I’ve seen in a long time. Binge watched it.

Agree on the Madolorian. I love it. Even down to the really crap aiming stormtroopers.

Been watching Cobra on sky. Good premise for a series, but as the electric grids have been overloaded, then so would mobile telecommunications, and everyone is usuing mobile phones. The start of the series shows an A320 crashing near Newton aycliffe near Darlington. Only possible airfield to land was Coningsby ... huh? What about teeside and Leeming which is on the A1 almost!!

Sorry geek mode off.

But right now I am realy enjoying Star Trek Picard.
This is the way

I'm still interested in how UK residents are watching Disney+ when it doesn't launch in the UK until March.

The Nest, which I'm two episodes into. Pretty far fetched, but if you suspend reality entirely, good none the less.

Also In My Skin from BBC3, which wasn't exactly an easy watch but was excellent.

The 'Gymkhana Files' on Amazon Prime Video. Behind the scenes of Gymkhana 10, with Ken Block hooning around in the Hoonicorn and various other cars, awesome stuff
