he's literally an empty wet wipe box.

Last I heard Priti "300,034 974,000" Patel is being shipped in by Trump to handle the recounts... and she may be bringing some of Boris' unwashed big boy pants since he can't put them on himself.

What's the odds of Farage shouting about Trump getting a recount should a State go in favour of Biden 52% - 48%?

This is just mind numbing! How on earth does Trump not understand how the ballot counters processed the votes?

That’s a very fair point, S! 😂

He’s doing such considerable damage to American democracy, decency, and dignity right now.

Like all bullies and man-babies, when the gig’s up, they’ll resort to exposing who they really are.

He’s a grifting undignified wet blanket having a very public meltdown. It’s almost sad. This is exactly who he’s been for 5 years, and whilst it’s galling he got so far, it’s refreshing to see that his supporters are beginning to realise that.

And, to sweeten the whole thing, Farage bet $10k on Trump winning. I know that’s small change to Farage, but it’s quite delicious indeed.

(Not particularly for this thread, but expect Johnson to panic and frantically capitulate everything to the EU and secure a Brexit deal now, too.)

The BBC have fact checked both Trump Biden's latest speeches. One is either all accurate or, if anything, slightly underplays a few things.

The other is Trump's.

The man, quite literally, makes it up as he goes along and the world will be a far, far better place without him leading one of its countries.

I've no doubt Biden won't be perfect, and he'll barely be able to do anything anyway because the Republicans will control the senate, but flipping heck he's going to be better than Trump.

Trump himself must be pretty worried about what happens to him after he's out of the White House.

Good.
With just the slightest bit of finesse, I might have made a little less mess.

"He’s doing such considerable damage to American democracy, decency, and dignity rig"

And the lefty lovies shouting down and moaninf about anything they don't like are just the same.

Gonna miss the little Meltdowns here when the other bore gets in they will be nothing to report. It did brighten the day up with the odd chuckle or two and for the record could not care less who gets in.
Cheers

Fascinating interview with Trump's niece last night on Channel 4 news, she made the point that the fact the Republicans have done well in the Senate vote (but Trump has lost) will hurt him personally as its means the vote was against him rather than a trend against the party,

she claimed that his over riding emotion at the moment will be anger and he has failed to live up to the standards of his dad,

finally she said that, once he realises that he cant win, he will follow the principle of "If I'm going down, Ill take as many as possible with me" she was genuinely concerned about what he will do in the remaining 76 days.

There are two Senate seats up for grabs in Georgia and that will go to a run-off in January 2021. If I am reading it right then that would be a equal seats for Democrats and Republicans? If it went to a deciding vote in the senate then Vice President Harris would have that vote. Very interesting times in Georgia!

To make matters worse Trump's Chief of Staff, Mark Meadows has tested positive for Covid-19. Meadows has continually played down the virus and made little use of masks. Other staffers are also infected. Claims are that Meadows tried to keep his diagnosis a secret.
Donald Trump's chief of staff, Mark Meadows, has tested positive for Covid-19, according to reports.

Mr Meadows works closely with the president and both senior administration and campaign officials.

He tested positive on Wednesday, according to reports, and hours earlier was in attendance at the crowded election night event at the White House — where few people wore masks — as well as spending time in the residence.

Footage from the night shows him entering the event with the president’s adult children and their partners.

Bloomberg reports that a Trump campaign aide, Nick Trainer, is also infected, plus another three people.

Efforts were made to keep Mr Meadows’ diagnosis a secret, according to Bloomberg’s White House correspondent Jennifer Jacobs, who also broke the news of Hope Hicks testing positive in October.

Mr Meadows has doubted the efficacy of masks and has refused to wear one on camera when talking to reporters, claiming that he was tested so often that he did not need to.

It's interesting to note, Trump & Biden have both recorded record numbers of votes for a Presidential Candidate - Biden just under 75 million - the highest in history. Trump has recorded over 70 million. Obama, who was in the region of 69.4 million was the highest up to this point.

So if nothing else, Trump may well have got most of the eligible population of the USA to vote, just not for him.

If you miss it, the BBC will no doubt have it on a continuous loop. It's been amusing watching them desperately trying to be impartial but the tone now is celebratory relief.

Okay KayKay, how is it possible to be impartial when it's Relative Normality vs Racism and Sexism and all the phobias and lying and bigotry? You don't need to be impartial in that situation, anyone being impartial is probably trying to hide the fact they agree with the latter.
