*Sigh*
Is it any wonder the forum is going to the dogs when this passes as a discussion thread?
The OP needs to realise this isn't a WhatsApp group with his friends.

As I posted in the now-deleted throbbery in another topic, put up or shut up.
If you think the OP is a sock, complain to the Moderators & get them to check.
And if/when you're proved wrong, I'd expect you to offer profuse apologies to the OP.
Not holding my breath on either of those things happening, though.

Re: What concerts have you got lined up?
Quite.
And Dan: I'm not really sure to be honest how much this differs various other music related threads, one of which I started and you contributed to.
It might not be a particularly deep and meaningful discussion, but then if people are willing to add to it I don't get what the problem really is? It's off topic and this is the off topic section of the site.

With just the slightest bit of finesse, I might have made a little less mess.

It's a bit more interesting than endless grammar discussions or who's dead, that's for sure.

Re: What concerts have you got lined up?
I dont do too many concerts as its not really my thing, but as im getting older, i seem to be changing and didnt realize when they were booked that The Proclaimers at the Caird Hall Dundee and Madness at the Hydro next month were 2 days apart!
Fingers crossed i can get to see some good acts next year at Slessor Gardens Dundee!
Arabest,
Geoff.

Just the one at present, sadly, however it's the amazing Aussie Pink Floyd at the Glasgow Hydro on the 1st December.
Can't recommend them enough to any Floyd fans out there.

The lack of defence from OP speaks volumes though.

You presumably missed it in the other topic, then ( before it was all deleted ) ?
Besides, why on earth should he have to 'defend' himself?

If you think this is bad have a listen to the BBCs "opera singing donkey" - they're trying to compare it to Callas singing the aria from Madam Butterfly, it's pain inducing.
Anyway back to the thread - I'm aiming for Lynyrd Skynyrd in Birmingham in June; their farewell tour (for discussion if you know the history!)

Stop whining. Some people are clearly interested in the thread and have something to contribute to it. Just because you don’t like it that doesn’t mean no one else does.

Guys we have no reason to believe they (Euan and Victor) are the same person, nothing matches. If a post doesn't breach the rules it is more than welcome.
Please stop the witch hunt.

I am seriously not Victor
Re: What concerts have you got lined up?
No-one (with anything better to do) actually thought you were, don't worry!
Gig wise, the only ones I have lined up at the moment are my own.

Re: What concerts have you got lined up?
Usually new members write their first post after a few days of being accepted to a forum (that's if they ever bother posting at all) and then maybe another one a few days (or weeks) later, but the OP has hit the forum with a barrage of topics in a very short time which he's already posted over the last few months on another forum (with very few replies).
This is why some members think that he's a previous member under a different guise - it's as if he'd never been away - but he is certainly not Victor23.

You did well to get tickets for that gig. I've tried to see them live many times and never managed it..........
