Museum are in dispute with the landlord over the ongoing rent of the museum area, and 300k needed to move and rebuild the Nimrod to be able to ground run again, and as one might have predicted facebook is already getting the usual suspects posting "cant a one of ferry flight be allowed for it, the engines start so it will be fine" etc etc, at least if nothing else it gives them a day off from suggesting the same for 558 with grand ideas of getting it out from Doncaster that we all know are nothing but pipe dreams.

I worked on 232 for a short while a few years back and she is good condition overall for ground running, flying Errr No.
