Took a trip to the Grand Prix Collection at Donington today - what better way to spend your birthday than looking at F1 cars

I got that exact same angle on the Senna McLaren last time I went; I think everyone goes for that shot just because of whose car it is because I noticed no-one ever seems to do the same for his team mate's car which is just across from it.

almost all the cars in the collection are still capable of running and many of them from the 60's 70's 80's and 90's take part in events when they are not in the collection as some of the cars there are not owned by the collection but are on loan from the owner who races them in classic races such as the historic f1 series for the masters historic racing series
