A very active lightning storm to the north east of Herefordshire tonight, moving slowly but so much discharge going on. Couldn't hear any thunder and starry skies directly overhead. A quite eerie feel to it.

Re: Eerie silent storm
It was such a strange and eerie phenomenon. The constant rumble of thunder was there, but in the far far distance. And we never did get any rain. I'v never seen anything quite like it!
