In this video the Strike Eagles are operating under bad weather conditions. One of the Eagles lined up close to the fence. Remarkable is that one of the engines is re-started during its final check. The Strike Eagles of the Panthers are recognizable by their red tail bands.

Super panning on the landing jets, kept them in the frame really well.
Restarting an engine is quite common at Lakenheath - if they use the hot pits, they shut off an engine while they refuel the jet and restart it during the checks at the EOR.
