Spotters day Anatolian Eagle

Post by Pienie »

After a very nice and complete overview of this day from Shaggy101, a few pictures from my side.
I can't imagine that even one spotter didn't have a good time. A big compliment to the Turkish Airforce for this event.

The future.

In the morning, the runway is far away.
That part of the base is always visited in the afternoon when the sun is in the right position.

This beautiful tiger, unfortunately, did not fly.

When they return it is always nice if they don't turn off before.

Clouds sometimes we hate them sometimes we love them.

In the end we had the opportunity to photograph some F-16s along the runway the weather did not improve.
After the take-off I didn't wait for the landing but walked up to the bus and left the field satisfied.

The artwork on the last Phantom is stunning.

Love the Azerbaijan Frogfoots, and the unit marks on the Turkish aircraft just look the biz. RAF Typhoon is so anonymous.

Fabulous post, more, more.

Every aircraft in this post just looks great, except for the RAF Typhoon...they just look so bland. TuAF Phantom just looks fantastic :star_struck:

You chose great photo locations for these particularly well created shots! All worthy of a second viewing. :sunglasses:
