There are plenty that were of great use 10 years ago but not now. Everything is so high by the time it leaves the airport permiter its not much good for photos. Plus most of it is south facing. Best sites are along the northside of the airport and at the eastern end of the runway. Plenty of parking up to a 15-20 min walk from these locations.

Isn't there a pub with beer garden that overlooks the runway.

There’s a field where Cove Cricket Club is. Looking into the sun, but it’s right under the display for the airliners etc
