White stuff filler problem

Post by iainpeden »

I opened a new tube of white stuff about a week ago. This evening I have attempted to squeeze a bit out onto a tile for use and all that comes out is a thick, nearly clear gloop. It's as if the medium and the filler material have separated.

Has anybody ever had the same problem?

Yes, with other brands of filler. Once the gloop is gone it should behave naturally, but I tend to agree it has split in the tube - maybe old stock....

It rather puts you off applying it directly to the model, as well.
