Some of you may be familiar with the Beech 18S tri-gear (Volpar conversion), N2500, that flew into the UK (from the US) in 2005. She's been staying with Beech Restorations in their hangar at Bruntingthorpe and they've helped out with some TLC, a complete strip and repaint, some engine work and a new prop and now she's just about ready to continue her long journey to the owner's new home - in Australia! She's loaded up with ferry tanks and begins her trip to Oz on Tuesday, weather etc. permitting, first stop being Jersey. I caught up with her on a short flight out of Bruntingthorpe yesterday:

Thanks to Col, Warwick, PT and all the Beech Restorations boys!
