Brilliant David, I'm in your 'Mound' photo :smile: , great images from around the coast, the row of WW2 military graves, all airmen I believe, stands out in the photo of the cemetery at Dunure :clap: :clap: :clap:

Great pictures. Thanks for sharing. I flew in to West Freugh back in 1988 in ZA947 DC3 when it was still operated by the RAE at Farnborough. It was a great day out and a good airfield to get in the passenger log book. Great quality pictures. I am always fascinated by aerial views. I have several thousand myself. I might have to post a few here sometime.

According to thew Commonwealth war Graves web site there are nearly 50 graves from the WW2, one of which is unidentified. Almost all of them are related to the flying.

Great set of photos, almost made me home sick.
