Hey everyone,
did not post anything in a while - thats because we don`t see many airshows in my region...so I had to stick to some general aviation available around the corner
Some shots in no particular order from a rather scenic place not commonly seen on here - LOIR Reutte aerodrome in northern Tyrol/Austria close to the German border. All these were taken at the field or within a few miles around including mountain-to-air and some airborne using a custom wing mount. Hope you enjoy the shots, I definitely enjoyed myself taking the pics ....
one of the few situations to justify a selfie....
Feel free to share your thoughts....cheers
Philip

Very very nice Philip
Is that a K-6 with a open top canopy? Mod or Factory build.
Do you do any gopro stuff? I've made a few gliding vids https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCGmuSf ... pIkfeHe0Ew if it gives you any ideas
Anyway excellent photography and looks a wonderful place to glide.
Cheers

Absolutely Stunning!
Re: Something different - mountain flying in Tyrol (GA, glid
thanks guys very much appreciated! Andy you got some awesome videos with great photos (especially those head-on from the ridge)on YouTube !! The open glider is a k8b with custom made canopy according to a draft by the manufacturer. Have done some videos with a GoPro but prefer pictures...less editing work!
