Scone 8 Oct 20

Post by wallace »

Not much doing today, visitor wise but it did give me a small opportunity for some much needed photo therapy, so...

Just came on line with the ACS fleet is this former Prestwick Warrior

A visitor for maintenance from the Moray Flying Club at Kinloss.

I'd been after this one for some time, a Fife based Super Cub

A wee mk.26 Spitfire tied down, on the grass making engine runs and a lot of noise to boot.

Another visitor for maintenance is this Fife based Cessna 185

The Scotland's Charity Air Ambulance EC135 looking nice set against the dark sky

I took this one because I liked the angles. One of two based Twin Stars...just remembered I meant to clone that protruding bit of the tail out of the picture...oops!

There we go, this selection won't set the heather on fire but they are a pretty set of pictures in the Autumn light none the less.

The Super Cub especially is just right. Nice image indeed.
