9am arrival tomorrow at Totterdown. My earliest RIAT arrival to date. The Mrs said do you really have to watch planes for 5 days. Yes. Yes I do. In on the Saturday. Out on the bike in beautiful evenings, rehearsals from Totterdown and near the runway. Beers frozen. Milk frozen. Car packed. Hyped? Just a little.

Its been a long wait. Have a great time everyone however you do it.

Disappointing news regarding the BUFFS but seeing the reaction on social media just makes me laugh, total melts losing their mind over it.

We've not had RIAT for 2 years, lets just enjoy whats on offer and lets be honest there's plenty on offer to enjoy. :D

Hope everyone has a great and safe RIAT, don't forget you sun lotion... :D

Anyone know when the Austrians are coming? I’ve not seen an Austrian typhoon before so I’m looking forward to them

Regarding Friday, does an admission ticket for the showground grant you access to the P&V areas?

I seem to recall a post confirming it does (on Friday).

P&V East is the Yellow Zone inside the showground so yes. Not sure about P&V West.
2024 shows: Abingdon, Cosford, Sywell, RIAT, Zeltweg with a couple of Duxford and Shutteworth shows thrown into the mix.

East open as usual (yellow zone), think if you get the shuttle bus in the showground it'll take you down to West P&V area should you want to.

Just arrived on the outskirts of Lechlade having set off from home at 02.30 😁

Hope everyone enjoys their day today & the ones to follow! No more cancellations please 🙏

I hope the green zone parking is all on the base and not in the fields out side the fence like they used to do , with people arriving before the gates opened .

Green zone is partly the hardstand on the aircraft dispersals, and then the fields the other side of the lane

40 Squadron if I am right posted it on their twitter as well that they were for sure coming, so indeed false info again. (Just like people screaming a US army apache and chinook were coming and the Indian Sejat)
