Ignoring the 30 year thing

Cant get much rarer than:

Mirage 4000
YC-15
YF-17 Cobra
B-1A
EAP!
Wrong! None of which were in Military sevice but all company demonstrators.
Hi chaps, the title says Western military type....says nothing about having to be in service with an air arm.

How about these 2 for rarity. First up, Aussie Army GAF Nomad at Farnborough 1994. How many others do we see here ?

Boeing-Sikorsky RAH-66 Comanche, only 2 built, cancelled 2004, Farnborough 1998 static only. Another candidate.....

Wasn't that a mock-up?

NOPE. 2nd prototype, Serial 95-0001. Transported in via C-17.
Happy 2 help

In terms of aircraft being military and in service, some good options

I've seen a Lansen at Jersey although it wasn't active,

which SHFs have they displayed in the actual UK?

YC15 72-1876 and YC14 72-1874 that visited Farnboro in the mid 70s carried USAF tail numbers.
Would the F117a be classed as rare as they were never based in the UK ?
RAF Macrihanish had some interesting types too.
