Great to see a provisional lineup being published so early - Sally B should be an excellent participant, but also good to see the return of Jumpin' Jacques and the Lysander also.

Agree re. the Lysander. Much-missed this season, and it will be good to see it emerge from the workshop.

If Kuypers flies a similar sort of display as he did at Cosby, it'll be a pretty sublime display at OW's little venue. Also, I'm not sure whether it's still happening, but didn't Teichman want to repaint Jumpin Jaques this winter? Might be something to look forward to!

Have yet to see the Lysander and I feel it was a bit of a shame it missed the Westland 100th. Will be nice to see it next year.

I know there was some concern about the aircraft's chances of flying again following the maintenance issue discovered this year, however for the aircraft to be listed so early in the winter is surely a very promising sign.

Just imagining a Kuypers B-17 display at Old Warden...

Looks like B-17 Sally B has been removed from the lineup on Shuttleworth website.

I'm aiming to drive up for this one but given that its a almost a 5 hour round trip, i am very much weather dependant, and would usually wait until the day before to check the forecast. But given the line up with the Red's etc.. Could this sell out in advance?? I would be looking at getting my ticket on the day, and i wouldn't fancy driving all that way and finding i can't get a ticket.

Suggest you call them to discuss, they are usually very helpful.

Looks like the Lancaster isn't going to be ready either, 4-5 weeks till it flies according to BBMF facebook page.

Is this how Shuttleworth usually operate - advertise a great line up so you buy a ticket and then slowly withdraw acts? Given the good line up we have a large group coming (first time I've been), and now discover both heavy bombers will be absent (albeit the Lancaster is still listed on the Shuttleworth website).

Pretty sure it's how "airshows and the airshow season" usually operate. Sometimes things commit but aren't available in time. Look at Cosford last year.
