The visitors for this show seem to be a little thin so to speak

I'm assuming that the Beech 18 (or C-45 Expeditor) will be G-BKGL which seems to be getting about a bit at the moment? If so, the pilot gave a very spirited fly-by when leaving Compton Abbas on the 13th May this year, and I was one of the only people still on the airfield to witness it. Doesn't always pay to rush off at the end of the day!

Line-up seems to fit the theme well, one to pass on I think.

Hawk speed six is also due to fly, the flying Circus is a good act and always love the lunak display so I'll be there!

I see Aerosuperbactics "team" is listed as a solo display, I don't think I ever seen only one of their aircraft display. Might be a little tame, maybe forget the aerobactics and just give us loads of lovely curves with the walker in different positions ;)

Anyway weather's going to be good so I'll be there trying to get some good shots.

Not a bad show, though a little light on the good stuff. When I decide to go I thought at least the Po2 and Comet are displaying so it was a little disappointing to see them still sitting in the hangar in the morning. The Provost went tech also. It would be nice if they had an alternative for when the Edwardians don’t fly as when the happens the light is always really good!

Really enjoyed the flying Circus nice to see something different, beech also had a good display. Rapides first pass was nice together but display of the day for me has to be the speed six lots of nice topsides plus good light!

Even without a standout lineup, Shuttleworth can still better deliver a lot more than most other airshows.

Certainly not a classic though. I don't mind a family oriented show, if it gets a few children interested in aviation that can only be a good thing but that doesn't mean the line up has to be lacklustre.

A few more warbirds, a helicopter or two or even a classic jet (although easier said than done these days - can't help thinking the Norwegian Historical Squadron would be a great fit at Shuttleworth) would have really helped round the show put a little more.
