Re: Military Airshow 7th July
One of the visiting Hurricanes self confirmed as from the BBMF.
Re: Military Airshow 7th July
I'd hazard a guess and say the seventh is the HAC airframe.
Re: Military Airshow 7th July
Looking at the BBMF schedule it looks like both of their Hurricanes will be there.
Sun 07 Jul HS HEADCORN
HS CAPEL-LE-FERNE
H OLD WARDEN
Sun 07 Jul LHS SWANSEA
H OLD WARDEN
Re: Military Airshow 7th July
That changes the prospect a little, it's doubtful a flypast of seven Hurricanes' will happen if two are from the BBMF.

Re: Military Airshow 7th July
I think there are currently 9 Hurricanes down to fly. 8 civilian/Shuttleworth and 1 from BBMF. If there are two from the BBMF that would make 10.

The website and Facebook have, G-ROBT, R4118, G-HRLI, Shuttleworth's Sea Hurricane and G-HITT down to fly with two more Hurricanes' stated in the visiting aircraft list and as the BBMF have posted their display schedule seems extremely likely it's those.
Doesn't mean all can't fly together, just makes the prospect a lot less likely given the amount of times the BBMF fly with civilian operators.

Is the Shuttleworth website reliable? I genuinely do not know. The listing on air-shows.org.uk includes others.

Well, as they are organising the show, I would imagine it is.

Haha, I am aware they are organising the show! That does not automatically equate to their website being spot on. Blimey.
