Along the fence in Eastern Germany #7, 16th Air Army

The last aircraft of the 16th Air Army left Germany 15 years ago.

These are fantastic, i have just been google earthing the airfield names, they look great places to explore and very run down since the early 90's.... amazed at how little infrastructure there is for each airfield... they certainly liked them basic to say the least.
