is there anybody that can help?
I'm trying to identify the frequency used by civil aircraft that fly north and south between roughly Clacton and the reporting point Enito (off the Norfolk coastline).
A lot of the traffic is transiting between the likes of London and places likes Oslo or Helsinki.
Fingers crossed someone can help.

Don't know if you'll find this useful , but you could pay a visit to the NATS website :
http://www.nats-uk.ead-it.com/public/index.php%3Foption=com_content&task=blogcategory&id=4&Itemid=11.html
Scroll down to Section ENR6 & you'll find downloadable charts which list not only the various routes/airways but also the frequencies in use.
You'll also find lots of other useful stuff on that page.
