NOTAM suggests they'll be routing Biggin Hill-Regents Park-Southsea-Biggin Hill.

Departing Biggin for Stansted around an hour later.

Do you have any rough timing on that flight to Stansted?

I assume AF1 will be going into Stansted too? Anyone know a time and date for that yet?

POTUS has been quoted elsewhere as arriving in the UK on the "morning of the 3rd June".

Reading the Lee on Solent Facebook page - very interesting but cant really work it out.
Can anyone translate for me - are the helicopters landing at Southampton airport or passing in transit
Also are they landing at Southsea and/or Daedalus (Lee on Solent)

My interpretation is that they land in Southsea for 40 minutes, presumably a helipad has been constructed with space for 8 large choppers. They don't go into Daedelus and they spend some time at Southampton presumably for fuel.

No mention yet of overseas heads of state who are invited next week. Along with the Queen that may require even more chopper space.
