Hornets Nest Leeuwarden; Canadian CF-188s from Bagotville in Europe (looking back)

Post by redskin301 »

The 433 Squadron is a unit of the Royal Canadian Air Force. The unit operates the CF-188 Hornet fighter jets from CFB Bagotville in Quebec, Canada. The unit is in Canada known as the Porcupines; this animal is also visible in the squadron badge. During Frisian Flag there were six hornets present at Leeuwarden Air Base for the exercise. During average missions two or our planes were flying per wave. Watching back to a nice period earlier this year :-)

Kind regards,

Alex van Noye
