Twin Engined GB - P-38 ++FINISHED++

Post by Deacon »

I'm trying to get the mojo back and the Airfix kit I started for this GB won't do it. :sad:

Last year I went mad buying P-38's, P-47's and P-51's but as yet have not built a P-38.

So, here is Hobby Boss' 1:72 P-38L

Cheers

Alan

Good choice mate, hopefully a simple assembly and quick result to get you back in the mood :smile: Looking forward to seeing it come together!

Okay, the mojo has slightly improved and this was the state of play with this build as of Friday last.

Very nice, Alan. What was the build like? The last few Hobby Boss I done weren't that great.

Thanks mate. :smile:

I enjoyed the build, but you are right, the way the single wing join meets the fuselage on some of their kits leaves a lot to be desired.

I have 3 more of this kit to do and must admit that I am looking forward to doing them. :smile:
