Special Shemes GB - Revell 1/48 Starfighter

Post by Cimmerian »

This is for a GB elsewhere but Alan told me I should think about posting it here as well, so I did think about it and decided I would. So here, for your amusement I give you this.

As we all know yellow is a pain in the butt to paint so Revell have come to my rescue.

Looking at it a bit closer they seem to have supplied a lot of extra plastic, I haven't seen this much flash for a long time.

The decal sheet, nice and easy, just what you'd expect from a Tiger.

More soon when there's something worth reporting.

Even after two coats of grey the yellow plastic still shows through but after trying the fit in the fuselage I found you can see very close to bugger all anyway so I buttoned it up.

Brave just brave! is all I can say to you... Anything yellow is just so hard to work with. How have you been going on with the build now?
