What a list!
Aside from that, can only think of the Walrus with ARC.
Re: Current aircraft being restored to flight
Vampire XE956 is supposedly under restoration to flight at the South Wales Aviation Museum at St Athan. But UKHAT claim to be involved, so I've no idea how viable it is, but it appears to be GJD doing the work, not UKHAT, so the former might just be taggers-on. Looked decent enough when I went on Sunday considering it was in bits last year.

Re: Current aircraft being restored to flight
Think ukhat have stopped being involved with the vampire.
I believe there are 2 gnat T.1 at North weald under restoration
Also Shackleton at Coventry but that's gone a little quiet.
DH.53 at old warden is progressing well
1 &1/2 strutter in Scotland

Seemed to be a quest to restore to flight a Fairey Gannet (XL500) but hard to find any recent update?

There was a post on here a few weeks back about a swordfish, or bits of one at least, arriving in the uk. Don’t know if it’s intended to be a flier or not?

This is an interesting thread.
Perhaps an admin could make a sticky to be updated with a comprehensive list?

As well as the Ju 87, the late Paul Allen's collection also have an He 111 (Casa 2111), Fw 189, Me 262 and supposedly a Ju 88 and Betty under restoration to fly.

It flew for a while in Canada about 7 or 8 years ago. The engine is knackered, and questions remain about the wingspars based on issues found by the RNHF on their examples. Who the owner is, and what his plans are for it, have yet to be publicly revealed.

Work has not yet started AFAIK, the owners are still at the stage of gathering parts and data.

Re: Current aircraft being restored to flight
I'm led to believe that the Tempest II is mere months away from flight.

On that note, what ever happened to the Casa 2111 at Duxford?
Re: Current aircraft being restored to flight
The Casa 2.111 thats at Duxford, is in the process of being brought by the Kent Battle of Britain museum at Hawkinge. Hopefully the sale goes through.
Re: Current aircraft being restored to flight
Recent news reports suggest a TU-2 is being restored to flight by Aviarestavratsiya.

Wildcat at Duxford is likely to be flying towards the end of the year or if not, the beginning of 2020.
