That seems a good price for the kit doesn't it? I believe I last last saw this at Duxford in the mid 1980's? I do not have the cash, transport nor the room, otherwise....

According to this web page it was at Strathallan for a while, surely someone will step in to save it from the scrappy?

A great shame. I remember it ground-running in the hands of Nick Grace at a Duxford auction in the early-80s.

Hopefully at least someone can save the Griffon 74 and props. Those are certainly rare!

Good luck to anyone wanting it, I've no doubt if the seller doesn't get the price he would carry out the scrapping threat just out of spite. He also has a large amount of Griffon spares, and so far all interested parties have given up due to his attitude problem.
