It may not be as flamboyant as some German schemes but anything beats the grey on grey we see invariably in the military aviation world nowadays. They have a jet with some colour and sent it to the show so all good as far as I am concerned. Here's hoping it's at RIAT as I'm not at Waddo this weekend.

A nice missed approched followed by a re-heat fly through before landing as well fantastic :yahoo:

What may be an un-interesting scheme to some, the fact that we have an F4 here in their twilight months stand testement to the spotters out here that appreciate the aircraft. For many this may be the last operational Phantom they may see. Personally I agree with another post, at least this adds some colour to the normal drab grey, but even if it was grey would I be bothered? No a Phantom is a Phantom they will never be boring whatever the scheme! A month ago the F4 was not even in the line up for the display at all.
