I was talking to the pilot of that P-51B earlier this year, and he said for the first year following it's restoration they flew her without the dorsal fin. After it was fitted the handling was greatly improved. During WWII they were all fitted 'in the field'.

That P51B is gorgeous. When can we see her at Duxford?

Super shots.

The F-100 shots are cool but that Provider

Went to TOM twice - B-25 show and the following year, can't remember the team, B-17/24s I think. A great weekend - can't recommend the show highly enough.

How long has that Provider been flying for? Not one you see many photos of?

All are great though, does look like a dream day out..

Operated by Air Heritage Inc at Beaver County Airport, Beaver Falls, PA C-123K Provider #54-664 made its airshow debut in 1995 as “Thunderpig” which was the nickname used by the 911th Airlift Wing based at Greater Pittsburgh Airport when they flew the C-123.
