July Aviation Action - Yeovilton, RIAT, FIA (Large Post)

Three big shows in July for me, Yeovilton, RIAT and finishing with FIA. All came with plenty of variety and here are some of my favourite shots from all three, in chronological order.

First up, Yeovilton Air Day. Backlit conditions meant a lot of binned shots, but overall it was an excellent show and the operational area, flares and commando assault offered some unique images.

Next up was RIAT. Again, another excellent show together with good weather made for some good shots, but unfortunately nothing really special from the RAF means this show won’t be one that will be remembered for the next 100 years.
