Despite the dreary weather and the seemingly endless delay waiting for Daks Over Normandy it was an amazing day and as a spectacle and an event to be part of, surpassed all my expectations.

I travelled to Normandy in June for the D-Day 75th Anniversary, spending 5th June at Sannerville and 6th June on Omaha Beach. Below are a few shots from Sannerville.
